Webex Meeting - Create a Webex Meeting Room

With Webex Meeting, you can build on the global Cisco collaboration ecosystem to host and manage video and audio conferences for your entire organization, with a Cisco video solution at your fingertips. By creating a meeting room, you can invite any attendees to join meetings by entering their email addresses. Meetings are automatically recorded when enabled, and you can view them in the room, share them with others, and even save them to a file to review at a later time. These webinars can be done online and invite any other device—mobile, PC, Mac, tablet, or PC.

In addition to video and audio, you can share images, projectors, and more. When you create a meeting, you can even add a photo of yourself and share it with your participants. Once you send the meeting request to the participants you want to join, they can join the meeting. For any participants that have a Webex Video System, the video will be displayed right on their device.
